3. Under Online Services tab, click Remove from One Step Update, and answer Yes to "Would you like to deactivate this service?"
4. Then click Activate One Step Update.
5. Enter your online banking username and password and select your new Moneyline account.

Quick Reference Steps for QuickBooks:
1. Backup your QuickBooks file as you normally do.
2. Under Chart of Accounts, right-click your old Moneyline account and click Edit.
3. Under Online Services tab, delete your Account, Customer ID, uncheck the boxes for Statement Downloads and click Deactivate All Online Services.

Q:  In Quicken, I cannot find “TD Bank Online Banking” in the financial institution list. I only see “TD Bank – Online Banking” with a dash (-). Is this correct?
A:

A:

If you are still seeing “TD Bank – Online Banking” in your financial institution list and you are not seeing “TD Bank Online Banking” after you have already removed your account from One Step Update, you will need to update your Financial Institution (FI) List. You have 2 options:

Option 1: Under the General Information tab when editing an account type in “TD Bank Online Banking” in the Financial Institution field. Click OK.

Option 2: Click Online from the main menu navigation, and select “One Step Update.” Remove the check mark from all boxes in the One Step Update menu. Run the update. This should bring your financial institution list up to date, and complete any available software updates.

Note: Windows Vista users may need to run Quicken as an Administrator to update the financial institution list. To do this, locate your Quicken icon, right click and select the option to “Run as an Administrator.”

Click here and follow the directions on how to update your copy of Quicken.
