The ability to provide our diverse customer base with the same quality customer experience across the board is an important focus for us at TD Bank. We’re doing this every day through our multi-language services and materials, and ongoing improvements to the accessibility of our customer locations.
Community Diversity
Given the significance of diversity within our organization, we also want to serve as an example to others. That’s why we invest in community programs that seek to promote, celebrate and recognize diversity in society overall.
Supplier Diversity
As of November 1st, 2011, TD's North American Supplier Diversity Program was launched. The program is designed to create a level playing field for diverse suppliers, aligns with TD's focus on employee and community diversity, and supports our corporate objective of being the better bank.
Prospective diverse suppliers are now able to self-identify, provide the details of their certification from a recognized organization and register as a prospective supplier. Learn more about supplier diversity. |
