What does this mean for you?

Rest assured, this will not affect your ability to use your credit card as long as your account is in good standing. Simply continue to use your card as usual and earn cash back with all the same great features and services you enjoy now, including your 10% Ally Deposit Bonus when you redeem into an eligible Ally Bank account.

What happens next?

The end of the partnership will not affect your Account Number, Credit Card Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Rewards Agreement. Please note, if you access your credit card account through your Ally login, this will be changing soon. Going forward, you should manage your account and make payments online by enrolling at ally.ccservicing.com.

While we cannot discuss the specifics of Ally Bank and TD Bank's relationship and these recent events, we can say that we are dedicated to providing you with the outstanding customer service and value you expect as an Ally CashBack Credit Cardholder.

Are my CashBack Rewards going away?

Nothing is changing at this time. You can continue to use your card as usual and earn cash back with all the same great features and services you enjoy now, including your 10% Ally Deposit Bonus when you redeem into an eligible Ally Bank account.

Will I receive a new credit card?

No. Please continue to use your current Ally CashBack Credit Card.

Will this affect how I pay my bill?

How do I access my credit card account and details?

You can continue managing your account anytime, anywhere at ally.ccservicing.com. Please note, if you access your credit card account through your Ally login, this will be changing soon. Going forward, you should manage your account and make payments online by enrolling at ally.ccservicing.com.

If I am currently disputing a charge on my card, will this change affect the outcome?

No, the process for disputing charges on your card will not be affected by this change.

Does this change affect any of my other accounts with Ally Bank or TD Bank?

No. The Credit Card Agreement and Terms and Conditions with TD Bank are separate from your Ally Bank relationship. This change does not affect any other accounts you may have with Ally Bank or TD Bank.

What if I no longer want my Ally CashBack Credit Card?

As always, our primary focus is to ensure you have the product that is right for you. You reserve the right to cancel your account at any time.

What happens to my Ally CashBack Rewards if I cancel my account?

If you close your Account, your Ally CashBack Rewards will be forfeited if you do not redeem them within 60 calendar days of Account closure.

I recently submitted an application and noticed the Ally CashBack Credit Card is no longer on Ally.com. What is going to happen with my application?

Due to these recent changes to the Ally CashBack Credit Card Program, new applications are no longer being accepted. You will receive a letter with additional details and we will remove the credit inquiry so as to not impact your credit score.

Does Ally currently offer another credit card?

No. For several years, Ally Bank and TD Bank, N.A. worked together to support the Ally CashBack Credit Card program. This relationship ended on June 17, 2019. Going forward, communication to existing customers about that credit card will come directly from TD Bank.

Can I trade my Ally CashBack Credit Card for a TD Bank Credit Card?

No. You cannot switch to a TD Bank credit card directly from your Ally CashBack Credit Card. However, we invite you to visit td.com/creditcards to see our current special offers or shop for the credit card that meets your needs and has the rewards you want.

How do I close my account?

You may ask us to close your account by notifying Credit Card Servicing in writing at P.O. Box 84037, Columbus, GA 31908-4037, by first class mail, postage prepaid, or by contacting us at 1-888-916-2559. If you request to close your account by phone, we may require a written notice from you.

How can I make a payment on my account?

To request a refund of a credit balance on your account at any time please contact credit card servicing at 1-888-916-2559.

Can I do a Balance Transfer from another card to this card?

Yes. You can transfer balances from Visa, MasterCard and other eligible credit card accounts as long as your credit limit is high enough to allow the transfer and the related balance transfer fee. The minimum Balance Transfer is $250.

How can I request a credit limit increase?

Please contact us at 1-888-916-2559. Your account must be open for at least 6 billing statements before a credit increase will be considered. This determination requires that we obtain an updated version of your credit report.

If any card, account number, convenience check or other access device is lost or stolen, or if you think someone used or may use them without your permission, notify us at once by calling 1-888-916-2559.

How do I dispute a charge on my credit card?

If you believe there is an error on your statement, please contact us immediately at 1-888-916-2559 and a representative will work with you to research the transaction. Your rights regarding a billing dispute are provided on your monthly billing statement. See your statement for additional information.

How do I redeem my cash back rewards that I have earned?

If you want to redeem your rewards, you may do so by logging into your account at ally.ccservicing.com and clicking "redeem rewards" or by going directly to ally.theccrewards.com. As part of your account summary, you will see rewards and a link to redeem your rewards. The minimum redemption is $25. You can also call 877-745-4677.

How can I earn the bonus 10% cash back rewards?

If you redeem your cash rewards into an eligible Ally Bank account (an eligible account is an Ally Bank non-IRA Online Savings, Interest Checking or Money Market Account) you will earn an additional 10% rewards bonus. You just need to have an eligible Ally Bank account which is open and in good standing.

How do I earn the one-time bonus offer for new accounts?

If you spend $500 or more within the first 3 billing cycles, you'll earn the $100 bonus, as long as your account is open and in good standing.

Do CashBack Rewards Expire?

For as long as the Account remains open and in good standing, your cash rewards will not expire. Your cash rewards will be forfeited if your Account is closed for any reason.
