Online statements are a safer, faster and greener alternative to paper statements. Plus, you get a $1 discount on personal checking, savings and money market account maintenance fees when you opt for online statements only. Online statements are also:

• Exactly like paper statements that you receive in the mail
• Accessible securely and easily via Online Banking
• Able to be downloaded and saved to your computer
• As legally binding as paper statements
• Acceptable for all tax and legal proceedings
• Available as soon as they are posted to Online Banking – you don't have to wait for the mail
• An environmentally-friendly alternative because it takes less energy and natural resources than paper statements to produce and deliver to you

Switching to online statements only for your checking, savings or money market accounts is easy.

Just log in to Online Banking for direct access to your online statement settings. Or, the next time you log in to Online Banking, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Select Online Statement Settings from the left navigation
3. Select Online Statements for the account(s) you would like to enroll
4. Confirm or update your e-mail address for alerts
5. Read and accept the Online Statement Customer Agreement and Hardware and Software Requirements
6. Click the Save Changes button

You can change your statement setting for your account(s) anytime.

Yes. Online statements are only available via Online Banking. For security purposes, we do not e-mail account statements to customers. If you choose not to enroll in Online Banking, you will continue to receive your statements via regular mail.

Yes. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and save the online statements, which are PDF files. If you do not have it, get the latest version for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

When you sign up to receive online statements only, you receive an e-mail to alert you when your latest statement is available for viewing.

No. Online statements are free. Plus, you can request a paper copy of a statement(s) issued within the past 7 years at any time.

To order past statements:

1. Log in to Online Banking. On the Customer Service tab, under Self Service, select Statement Copy and provide the required information.
2. Contact Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000
3. Visit your local TD Bank

Statements without images will be provided at no charge; for statements with images, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule.

Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available online for up to 7 years. To view your statements:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Select the account
3. Click the Statements tab and follow the instructions provided

A paper copy of a statement(s) issued within the past 7 years can be requested online, by phone or in person.

If you have elected to receive online statements only, an e-mail notification is sent to your e-mail address when a new statement is posted to your Online Banking account. Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available for you to view, print, download or save anytime for up to 7 years.
