What are the credit limits for the different credit cards?

The minimum credit limit is $500 with a maximum of $25,000 for the TD Cash RewardsSM Visa®, TD Easy RewardsSM Visa®, TD Payment Plus® Visa®, TD Simply Flexible BusinessSM Visa® and TD Business Solutions Visa® Cards. All TD Visa® Signature Cards have a minimum credit limit of $5,000.

What are the rewards associated with the TD Cash Rewards, TD Easy Rewards, TD Business Solutions and TD Payment Plus cards?

The TD Cash Rewards Visa Card allows you to earn up to 5% cash back on eligible purchases for the first 6 months. After the introductory period, earn 1% cash back on all other eligible retail purchases. Redeem your cash rewards at anytime once you've earned at least $25. Cash rewards may be redeemed in the form of a statement credit only.*

The TD Easy Rewards Visa Card allows you to earn 5X rewards points on eligible purchases for the first 6 months. After the introductory period, earn one point for every $1 in eligible retail purchases. Redeem points for over 400 rewards – cash back, electronics, gift cards, travel rewards and more – starting at just 2,500 points. There are no caps and no limits to the rewards you can earn and your points do not expire.*

The TD Business Solutions Visa Card allows you to earn up to $100 cash back on their TD Business checking fees during their first year as a cardholder. Earn one point for every $1 in eligible retail purchases. Redeem points for over 400 rewards, cash back, electronics, gift cards, travel rewards and more. There are no caps and no limits to the rewards you can earn and your points do not expire.*

With the TD Payment Plus® Visa Card, the more you pay, the more you save. Pay 10% or more of your current balance and get a statement credit worth 50% of next month's interest charges.* Pay 5% - 9.99% of your current balance and get a statement credit worth 25% of next month's interest charges.* Your savings will be applied to your balance at the time of your payment.

Can I transfer a balance from another card to a TD Bank card?

Can I view my rewards points online?

There are two ways to view your points online:
  1. At Card Account Access — once you receive and activate your card, register here and get your confirmation. You will then be able to view points.
  2. Rewards site — you can register to view points plus rewards.

Can I manage my credit card account online?

Yes, go to Card Account Access to view your account, account balance, transactions, payments due, transaction history and many other options.

Is my online credit card account information secure?

Our Card Account Access area is subject to the same stringent security measures as the rest of the TD Bank website. However, keep in mind that even the best security systems won't work unless you also take precautions to safeguard your personal information. Read more about TD Bank's commitment to security.

What are the ways I can make credit card payments?

You have three options to make your credit card payments: online, in your local store or through the mail at TD Bank, P.O. Box 16027, Lewiston, Maine 04243-9513.

I forgot my Personal Identification Number (PIN). How can I find out what it is?

You can request a replacement PIN by calling our Customer Service line at 1-888-561-8861.

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact us immediately at 1-888-561-8861 and we will cancel your card and send you a new one within 7-10 days. If you have automatic bill payments set up, they will be transferred to your new card. And with Visa's Zero Liability Policy, you will not be liable for unauthorized purchases made online or for signature-based transactions at merchants.

How do I get a replacement card?

For an additional fee, we offer "Fast Card" replacement within 48 hours – all cards are sent out via Federal Express. When you request a replacement, we will disclose the fee.

How do I dispute a charge on my credit card?

If you believe there is an error on your statement, please contact us immediately at 1-888-561-8861 and a specialist will work with you to research the transaction and resolve it.

What should I do if I think my card is being used fraudulently?

What is the late payment fee?

What emergency features are available on the credit cards?

Credit card customers will have 24/7 access to our Credit Card Customer Support hotline (1-888-561-8861). You will also receive benefits through Visa International such as Emergency Card Replacement, Lost/Stolen Reporting, Auto Rental Collision coverage, Damage Waiver Program and Zero Liability Program.

How do I change my billing address?

Please contact us at 1-888-561-8861 and we will update our system with your new information.

Business Credit Cards: How does the TD Simply Flexible Business Visa card work?

Available exclusively through TD Card Services, you have the flexibility to select your standard Annual Percentage Rate (APR) based on your monthly payment. If you pay 10% or more of your outstanding balance, you will get the lowest available APR.* If you pay 5-9.99%, you will get the middle tier APR.* If you pay less than 5% of your balance, you will receive the highest APR.*

Personal Credit Cards: How does the TD Payment Plus Visa card work?

With the TD Payment Plus® Visa Card, the more you pay, the more you save. Pay 10% or more of your current balance and get a statement credit worth 50% of next month's interest charges. Pay 5% - 9.99% of your current balance and get a statement credit worth 25% of next month's interest charges. Your savings will be applied to your balance at the time of your payment.

Personal Credit Cards: How can I get a copy of my Cardmember Agreement?

You can view a generic agreement online: TD Cash Rewards and TD Easy Rewards Secured Credit Card Agreement and Personal Credit Card Agreement.

Or, if you're an existing cardholder and would like to get your specific card agreement, you will need to first register your credit card within Card Account Access or call us at 888-561-8861 (you will need to provide your account number and the name on the card). After you register your card, you will be able to request a copy of your agreement. It will either be mailed or e-mailed to you.
