Affiliated with TD Bank, Northgroup Sponsored Captive Insurance, Inc. is a Vermont-domiciled corporation offering flexibility and convenience without the capitalization expenses or administrative duties required in a traditional captive. Qualifying clients can make use of this facility to meet their financing and cash flow needs. This is not an agency captive, and TD Bank does not share in our clients' risk. This is purely an opportunity for qualifying clients to fund and manage their own risk through a captive cell.
