TD Banknorth Inc. Share Price History 12/31/86 to 4/19/07

On April 20, 2007, TD Bank Group (TDBG) acquired the remaining outstanding shares of TD Banknorth not already owned by it or its affiliates, and TD Banknorth Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TD. As a result of the merger, the TD Banknorth common stock ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
