When will I receive my card?

Upon approval, you will receive your card within 5-7 business days.

What are the credit limits for the different credit cards?

The minimum credit limit is $500 with a maximum of $25,000 for the TD Cash Visa and TD Business Solutions Visa® Cards. For TD Visa Signature benefits, the credit limit must be $5,000 or greater.

What rewards do I get with the TD Cash card?

The TD Cash Visa Card allows you to earn up to 2% on eligible dining purchases from fast food to fine dining. Plus, earn 1% cash rewards for every $1 spent – everywhere, every time on eligible purchases.1 Redeem your cash rewards for cash back, merchandise, gift cards or travel rewards once you've earned at least $25. There are no limits to the rewards you can earn and your cash rewards do not expire as long as your account is in good standing, meaning it is open and payments are not past due.

Can I view my rewards points online?

There are two ways to view your points online:

1. At Credit Card Account Access – once you receive and activate your card, register here and get your confirmation. You will then be able to view points.

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact us immediately at 1-888-561-8861 and we will cancel your card and send you a new one within 7-10 days. If you have automatic bill payments set up, they will be transferred to your new card. And with Visa's Zero Liability Policy, you will not be liable for unauthorized purchases made online or for signature-based transactions at merchants.
