Important Notice to Quicken or QuickBooks Users
At TD Bank, we have made exciting improvements to Online Banking that have created a quicker, better Bill Pay. As part of the changes, we asked customers who managed their personal TD Bank accounts through Quicken or QuickBooks to make an important update.
As of March 22, 2013, if you were using Quicken or QuickBooks to manage your personal TD Bank accounts and did not update your Quicken or QuickBooks, you will not be able to access your TD Bank account(s) through Quicken or QuickBooks.
If you did not update your Quicken or QuickBooks by March 22, 2013, only payments and recurring payments that had previously been sent from Quicken or QuickBooks as an online request to TD Bank will be processed. Payments which would be generated by reminders or other features in Quicken or QuickBooks will not be scheduled or processed.
You can still update your Quicken or QuickBooks; please follow the detailed instructions.
Once you have followed the instructions, you will be able to access your TD Bank account(s) and complete all your regular tasks in Quicken or QuickBooks except paying bills through your TD Bank account(s).
We're committed to providing the best online banking experience possible for our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
