Business Resource Groups/ Affinity Groups

TD Bank continues to grow our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) with interest in expanding across all areas of focus. TD has 6 Business Resource Groups (BRG), which are:

  • Black Employee Network (BEN) BRG
  • Individuals with Diverse Abilities (IwDA) BRG
  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, 2+ (LGBTQ2+) BRG
  • Minorities in Leadership (MIL) BRG
  • Veterans BRG
  • Women in Leadership (WIL) BRG

The BRGs are aligned to our corporate goals and encouraged to identify a BRG lead and executive sponsor who champion its goals, mandates and objectives, with the ability to represent the BRG before senior leadership and advocate on the group's behalf. As these business resource groups evolve, TD can leverage them for employee engagement/retention, recruitment, business development, community outreach, career development/talent and market insights.
