Online Statements & Notices
Frequently Asked Questions

Expand Why should I switch to online-only statements and notices and stop paper statements and notices?

Online-only statements and notices are a faster and greener alternative to paper statements. Plus, you get a $1 discount on personal savings and money market account maintenance fees when you opt for online-only statements. Online-only statements and notices are also:

  • Exactly like paper statements and notices that you receive in the mail
  • Accessible securely and easily via Online Banking
  • Statements are also available in the TD Bank app
  • Able to be downloaded and saved to your computer
  • Faster than paper – you get an e-mail letting you know as soon as they are posted to Online Banking
  • An environmentally friendly alternative because they take less energy and natural resources than paper statements and notices to produce and deliver to you

Online statements are also as legally binding as paper statements and acceptable for all tax and legal proceedings.

Additional fees may apply for monthly paper statements and paper statement requests. For more information about fees, refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule or contact Customer Service 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000.
