How to File a Claim

  1. Notify your TD Insurance agent or your insurance company as soon as possible
  2. Notify police when theft is involved
  3. Protect property from further damages
  4. Provide your carrier with any receipts or bills for temporary repairs
  5. Provide your carrier all information related to the time, place, and circumstances of the loss
  6. Provide your carrier the names, addresses and phone numbers of any claimants and witnesses
  7. Cooperate with the insurance carrier and agent
  8. Provide proof of loss when requested
