When will I receive my card?

Upon approval, you will receive your card within 5-7 business days.

What is the credit limit for this card?

The minimum credit limit is $500 with a maximum of $25,000 for the TD Cash Credit Card. For TD Visa Signature benefits, the credit limit must be $5,000 or greater.

What rewards do I get with the TD Cash card?

The TD Cash Visa Card allows you to earn up to 2% cash back on eligible dining purchases from fast food to fine dining. Plus, earn 1% cash rewards for every $1 spent – everywhere, every time on eligible purchases.1 Redeem your cash rewards for cash back, merchandise, gift cards or travel rewards once you've earned at least $25. There are no limits to the rewards you can earn and your cash rewards do not expire as long as your account is in good standing, meaning it is open and payments are not past due.

Yes, you can view your rewards by logging in to your credit card account.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to view and redeem your rewards by clicking through from the Rewards Summary section.

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact us immediately at 1-888-561-8861 and we will cancel your card and send you a new one within 7-10 days. If you have automatic bill payments set up, they will be transferred to your new card. And with Visa's Zero Liability Policy, you will not be liable for unauthorized purchases made online or for signature-based transactions at merchants.
