*Offer is only available to new Merchant Solutions customers. The Merchant must process a minimum of $5,000 in Card Transitions within the first 2 full statement cycles of opening the account; Merchant will receive the $500 credit on their first statement after achieving the minimum processing amount. Merchant settlement must be a TD Bank business checking account. Merchant must sign 3 year Merchant Solutions processing agreement and begin processing within 60 days of the account being opened. Merchant agrees to pay back any cash bonus that has been paid if they terminate their Merchant Solutions processing agreement within the first 12 months of approval. Merchant further agrees and authorizes TD Bank to deduct any such amount from their Settlement Account in addition to any early termination fees. For Merchants opening multiple accounts, the bonus offer will only apply to one new account. Promo period 11/4/18 - 3/2/19.
