Merchant must sign 3-year Merchant Solutions Processing Agreement and must being processing through their Merchant Solutions account within 60 days of the account being opened. Merchant must process of $20,000 in Card Transactions within the first three full statement cycles (3 calendar months). You will initially be charged the purchase amount of the Clover device and will receive an equipment credit equal to the purchase amount. Equipment credit limited to one (1) device. Maximum credit amount of $670. The credit will appear in the merchant's Settlement Account the following month after process the required minimum of $20,000 in Card Transactions. Merchant's Settlement Account must be a TD Bank Business checking account. Merchant agrees to pay back any equipment credit received if they cancel the Merchant Solutions Processing Agreement within the first 12 months after approval of their merchant application. Merchant further agrees and authorizes TD Bank to deduct any such amount from their Settlement Account. For merchants opening multiple accounts, bonus offer will only apply to one new account.
