We hope you're having a good afternoon, Agnes! We're sorry for any confusion and would be happy to assist you with your account.
TD Bank offers different types of accounts. On some of our Checking accounts, there is a minimum daily balance requirement in order to avoid monthly maintenance fees. If you fall below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Customer Service Representative would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
