Hello, I am wondering what $10 deduction from my incoming wire transfer was for? I see wire transfer fee was deducted and listed on the statement. However, the total money received was less then remitted. There was $10 on top of wire transfer fee but I don't know what it was. Transfer fee at payer side was taken care of so shouldn't be deducted from the amount that I received. Thanks,

Good morning, Laura, and welcome to TD Helps.
We apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing with your wire transfer, and we'll be happy to help as best we can.
Generally speaking, when a domestic wire transfer is initiated, a fee may be assessed by both the sending and receiving financial institution. However, in some instances, when an international wire transfer is initiated, a third bank may be involved in successfully crediting the funds to the receiving deposit account, which can cause another fee to be assessed by that financial institution.
While we are unable to guarantee that this is what may have occurred with your account, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly so that we can further investigate where this fee may have originated.
Our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Customer Service Representatives are also here to help at any number of our Store locations, and if you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.

If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helped, Laura, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Take care, and have a great Wednesday.
