Good evening, Derek and thanks for joining us! You've asked a great question many people need to know at this time of year and we'll be happy to respond.
First, we'd like to let you know that TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015 for Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts.
Since it sounds like you should be receiving the form, if you have not received it within 7-10 business days after January 31st, you will have a few ways to request a copy. You may give us a call, send a Secure Message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form.
To send a secure message instead, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original). Or, come in and see us! We're available at these times and locations and would love to see you: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this clarifies your question, Derek! Thanks again for writing to us and enjoy your night.

Thank you for joining our conversations here on TD Helps, Charles.
Please know that TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2016. Please keep in mind that these are only sent out for Customers who earned at least $10.00 or more in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts. If you're not certain if you should receive the form, you may wish to review your interest earned on your December, 2015 statements for all of your accounts which earn interest, or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to see if you should expect one. Or, come in and see us! We're available at these times and locations: http://bit.ly/TDStores and would love to see you!
Thanks again for writing in, Charles. We hope you have a wonderful weekend!
