1099- MISC form not received for 2017 yet?. When do we receive them for OPEN/CLOSED accounts?

It's great to hear from you today.
Here at TD Bank, 1099-INT forms are mailed on January 31st to any Customers who earned more than $10.00 worth of interest in their account(s) for the year 2017, and typically will take 7-10 business days to be delivered. If you believe that you have earned more than $10.00 in interest, you should receive your letter no later than February 14th, 2018.
Once this time frame has passed, if you have not received your 1099-INT form, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly so that we may have a copy sent to you as soon as possible.
You're first welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist, 24/7, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. A Customer Service Representative can also assist at any number of our Store locations, during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
You would also have the option of sending us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
