Happy Saturday, Ed, and thanks for joining us today. You have a great question. Here at TD Bank, 1099-INT forms are generated and mailed to any Customer who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year. It's also important to note that interest is reported under the primary account owner's Social Security Number. If you believe that your account(s) earned more than $10.00 in interest, and you never received your 1099-INT form, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly so that we may have a copy mailed to you as soon as possible! Unfortunately, 1099-INT forms are not available online, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; however, please don't worry, as we'll still be happy to help. To request a 1099-INT form, you're welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000, or if you'd prefer, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.' If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less. As always, you would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to make your request. Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Once your request has been submitted, you should receive this form in the mail within 7-10 business days. If you're unsure of whether your account(s) earned more than $10.00 in interest, you're welcome to connect with us at any of the methods mentioned above, and we'll gladly confirm this information for you, or you may also review your final statement for the year. If you don’t have a statement handy, that's okay, as you can view your statements online! After logging in, simply click on your account, followed by the 'Statements & Notices' tab. To view your final statement for the year 2017, you'll need to change the year in the 'View From' section, and once your statements have loaded, simply click the 'View' hyperlink. You can find your interest towards the right hand side in the 'Account Summary' section. We hope you found this information helpful, Ed, and thanks again for stopping by! Have an amazing start to your weekend.
