I am trying to get an image of a check that I deposited to my account on 11/9/15, which was about 92 days ago. Under account history, I am selecting "120 days" as my time frame, but the furthest back that the page displays is 12/1/15, which is 71 days ago. I have tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
I need to see an image of a check that was deposited on 11/9/15, my statement doesn't match my records and I'm trying to find where the error is.
Suggestions? Can you help?

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Thanks for taking the time to reply Li Shu.
I called customer service and surprisingly they weren't able to find the check image either. But that's a different issue. My question and purpose for posting is:
Is there a problem with the website? How come the on-screen functions don't work properly? For example, why is there a button to display 120 days of records, if it only will display 71 days of records? Is it something that is going to be fixed? Is the problem just with my account or is it a system problem?
