As you mentioned the above direct debit was not authorized by you, we have a couple of options for you. First, you have the option of contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, to receive trace information regarding the merchant that debited your account. Once you obtain trace information, you may contact the merchant directly and attempt to resolve the debit.
If you are unable to get in touch with the merchant or unable to resolve, you may file an ACH dispute. . This form can be completed upon request by either telephone through our 24 hour number listed above or at your nearest TD Bank during lobby hours.
