When can I expect the $150 in my account and how can I make sure that I will definitely receive it.

To qualify for the $150.00 promotion for our TD Convenience Checking account, please make sure you have satisfied the following criteria:
-The primary owner must be a new to bank Customer
-The account was opened Online (Accounts opened in Store or by phone are not eligible).
-You have received direct deposit(s) totaling $500.00 or more within 60 days.
Once all qualification have been met, please allow up to 95 days to receive the $150.00 bonus in your personal checking account.
If you're uncertain if you've met these requirements, we recommend reaching out to us directly. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."

If I just opened an account online now but had an account before that is no longer active, does that mean I am not eligible for the promo? Thank you!

As we mention above, in order to qualify for the promotion you must be a new to bank Customer. As you've mentioned that you had an account with us previously, you would not be eligible for the current promotion.

Hi, does the cash back refer to new credit card accounts or does it include all types of accounts? I already have a checking account and i'm not sure if i qualify. Thanks!

Hey, so I did apply on line last weekend for the convenience checking account after seeing the $150 promotion offer and my girl friend decided that she would like to do it also but now that I am looking for the promotion on line it does not show up as it did before. Will she still be eligible for this promotion if she applies on on line now for the td convenience checking account as long as she meets the requirements or is it no longer being offered? I litterally just applied this passed Sunday and I just told her about it and as I was looking it up I found that it doesn't show up.

The one you've mentioned is still ongoing and available online only. Often times the link will be found through affiliate sites. If the link is no longer active where you once found it, it just means that that one has expired. But keep your eyes open! If your girlfriend sees the ad for this promotion, she just needs to click on it and complete the application to start toward earning her reward.
As for requirements, she does need to be a new to TD Bank Customer. If she currently has an account with us, or previously did, this could be the reason it's not being offered to her directly. If not, she should continue to take a look online for one of our ads.

Does the 95 days start from date account was open or from when all qualifications where met? And is that calendar days or business days?

We'd be happy to clarify. Once all of the requirements have been met, you should receive the bonus credit to your account 95 calendar days from that date. This would generally be 95 days from the date that the direct deposit requirement is met.

I opened my account on August 1, 2017. I had the amount of over 500$ deposited in my account and was eligible for the credit of 150$. However, I just called customer service and they stated that it wasn't a promotion at that time however, 3 representatives and the branch manager stated that it was a promotion. As well, stated here the promotion was still going on. Im pass my 95 days and the credit should have been applied by now.

If you opened your account on August 1st, we were running a promotion that could earn you $150. At that time, it was being offered through affiliate sites only. It was not available on the TD Bank website as it is now. This may be where the confusion lay.
To be eligible for the promotion at that time, it was required that you be a new to TD Bank Customer, that the account be opened by clicking through the promotional link on an affiliate website, and that the account receive the qualifying employer or government direct deposits within 60 days. If your account has met all of these requirements, you could expect the promotional credit within 95 days of meeting the deposit requirement.
Once that time period has passed, please reach out to us at one of our Stores or by secure message. We may be able to reach out to our Promotion Team to verify your eligibility and follow up with you when we receive a response.
