I opened a chequing and savings account with your bank in August and added my sisters name to the account. Area code 33126. On the same day when the documentations were printed from your system, it indicated that my sister is the main owner of the account, we enquired about it and was told it would be corrected from the back end. I was also informed that all communications would be sent to me via email. My sister just emailed me a letter that was sent to the address on your system which is my sisters address indicating that money was wired to my account and detailing everything. I would like to received all my communications for this account through my email. I am currently away studying in Asia. What do I need to have this done?
2. A monthly transfer is to be done from my chequing to my savings account starting the last day of August 2015. I am not seeing any indication that this transfer was done.
