Good afternoon, dear TD Bank Team. My name is Marina, I am from Russia and I was Work&Travel participant. I lived in Provincetown and opened there an account in TD Bank. After I left, some money was left in the account because I intented to repeat my trip in 2017. However my visa has not been approved. Also last year I was trying to purchase something from Aliexpress and I managed to do this. After this, I tried to log in into my account to check money left however I failed and my card was blocked (as I suppose). Now I need to recover my account in order to spend the money and close the account. So my questions are:
1. Is it possible to recover and close the account via e-mail or phone? If 2, what number should I call?
2. It is very expensve to call from Russia to the USA so could you please tell what information I will have to provide the bank worker with? Passport, Social Security number? Photo of me holding my documents?
3. How long may it take to go through all this process?
Thank you very-very much for your help! I appreciate it!
