I recently opened a TD Bank Premier Checking account online. I also setup a direct deposit so that I qualify for the $300 offer (cumulative deposits greater than $2500). I am new TD Bank customer. Could you please confirm if the offer is still valid. When I called the customer care they did confirm that the offer does exist but when I sent a message using my account, TD Bank responded that the offer does not exist. Could anyone please check and confirm.

Please know that the promotion you've mentioned has ended; however, if you were able to open your account prior to the end of the campaign via the online promotional page you will still qualify to receive the promotional credit.
Once your account is opened, please make sure you have satisfied the following criteria:
-The primary owner must be a new to bank Customer
-The account was opened Online (Accounts opened in Store or by phone are not eligible).
-You have received direct deposit(s) totaling $2,500 or more within 60 days.
Once all qualification have been met, please allow up to 95 days to receive the $300.00 bonus in your personal checking account.
