Hello! i'm student from Kazakhstan, I've been in US last summer, and i made by bank account, but now i'm in my country, and i need close my account, but i forgot my username and password. can i close it without phone call to TD Bank, because i do not have international phone, or i don't wanna put money to skype to make phone call, can i authenticate me with mail or something like that?
