A couple days ago I locked my account from a concern of a scam from a malware. Everything is fine but how do I unlock my account so I can see my online banking?

Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps, Jourdan. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your online account and we are here to help!
Since your Online Banking account is already locked, we ask that you call our Customer Service Specialists who are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain your online access back immediately.
Additionally, if you reported that you may have malware on your computer previously, we ask that you visit one of your local TD Bank Store locations so that we may unlock your account first. For TD Bank Store locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that once your online account is locked, access will be restricted until you speak with a Representative. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We hope this helps out, Jourdan. Let us know if you have any further questions.
