Thanks for getting in touch with us, Gregory and sorry to hear about any possibility of an unauthorized card. We can certainly point you in the right direction to resolve this.
The Federal Trade Commission provides this page: http://1.usa.gov/1f6utCg which lists the steps you'll want to take to dispute this error. First, you'll want to report the incorrect info to the credit reporting companies and information on how to do this is given there.
The next step would be to report this error to us, TD Bank, if the credit card was reported as one of ours. You may review info to help with this process here: http://bit.ly/1riK35l. Please be sure to follow all of the steps listed on this page, and for a retail credit card in which we are the servicing bank for, please use the appropriate contact information towards the bottom of the page.
You may also wish to see: http://bit.ly/1uLQxMu for our Frequently Asked Questions about this process.
For any questions you may have, reach out to us on 888-751-9000, 24/7 or come see us at any TD Bank Store, and we'll be glad to help. Our locations and hours can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps you get started, Gregory. Best of luck with this process and take care.
