Based on your question it sounds like you're expecting to receive a Popmoney transfer. If someone has sent funds to you using our Popmoney (Person-to-Person Transfer) service, you have a couple ways to accept the funds.
If the sender of the funds utilized your phone number or email for delivery, you will receive built-in directions on how to claim the money they've sent you in a corresponding text or email. Please note that if your depositor sent the funds using your account number, the funds won't need to be claimed but instead they'll be deposited directly to your account within the time frame they selected for the transfer.
If you currently bank with TD Bank here in the U.S. and use our Online Banking and Person-to-Person Payments features, you can also claim your funds via your online account. You can simply log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Under the Transfers tab, you'll need to set up your mobile phone number or email address – the one you used for sending you the payment – and then the payment will display on the Overview screen, ready to be accepted into your account.
If the payment hasn’t displayed, please be sure that you used the same mobile or email address they've set up in the service for you. Keep in mind the payment expires 10 days after it was sent, so you will want to accept it as promptly as possible.

Also, kindly note that transfers sent via Popmoney are able to be sent domestically (within the U.S.) only. As we notice that you're in South Surrey right now, if they have sent funds to an account in Canada, this won't be able to be completed and your depositor can reach out to us at the number above for any help related to the payment he or she initiated.
