A friend has sent me money through Chase QuickPay. I am unclear about how to transfer it into my TD Bank account.

Please understand that certain Financial Institutions use different methods for Person to Person transfers. Because of this, we recommend having your friend reach out to their Financial Institution directly to determine how they funds may have been sent, and how you may expect to receive them. If you have any questions about your account, we recommend contact a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000, 24/7. As always, you may also reach out to your local TD Store location during lobby hours. Please keep in mind that if the transfer from your friend is not currently pending in your account or has not been received to be credited, they may not be able to provide you with any information in regard to this transfer.
