If the funds have not been credited to your account, you are always welcome to contact our 24/7 Customer Service by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives will be able to confirm any pending wire transactions for your account and if the funds were returned for any reason. You may want to contact the sender of the wire as well. If they sent the funds and you haven't received them, the sender can place a trace on the wire to determine the difficulty.
