Welcome to TD Helps, Eduard!
You have a great question.
Here at TD Bank, while we're happy to assist non-U.S. residents with opening a business account, please know that any account signer(s) will need to visit a TD Bank Store to have the account opened.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, in the event that you plan on visiting the United States in the near future, and would like to open an account, we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you may need during your visit.
We'd first like to mention that any signers who would like to be added to the account will need to be present at the time of the account opening. Additionally, as non-resident aliens, they will also need to have two valid forms of ID, and a W-8Ben form must also be completed during the account opening process. We'd also like to recommend bringing the Tax Identification number for your business.
Before your visit to a TD Store location, if you'd like, you're welcome to check out the current business accounts available with TD Bank. We first offer Checking accounts, and you can click here: https://go.td.com/2lg0QHF to learn more. If you're interested in a Savings account, this link: https://go.td.com/2lLYIL4 will provide you with more information. If you're having trouble deciding, don't worry! We have a Business Account Selector Tool, which you can find here: https://go.td.com/2qddtcK, and will help by making a personalized recommendation based on your needs.
For your convenience, we have also provided a link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to help you find your nearest TD Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
We hope you found this information helpful, and if you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to connect with one of our knowledgeable Small Business Banking Specialist! For your convenience, they are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-493-7562, option 2.
We hope you have a fantastic weekend, Eduard.
