Hello, on 1/29/2015, i sent a money transfer through western union to an account in your bank, i was informed that the owner of the account does not accept money transfers from western union, only bank to bank, i have tried to contact the owner with no result. as to return the funds to western union money transfer so i could resend the funds through my bank, i have a credit card account with TD bank N.A, Is there any help you could give me as to contact the owner of the account. Some help would be appreciated . thank you
