I went to enter my debit card information on a website and it said my card has been declined.

Here at TD Bank, there are a few reasons why a debit card may be declined, including a negative balance, the card having been temporarily blocked due to potential fraud, information such as the card number having been input incorrectly, and much more. Please understand that while we would like to confirm why your debit card may not be working, TD Helps is unfortunately not considered secure, and because of this we are unable to access your account or personal information at this time.
However, please don't worry! You're more than welcome to connect with us directly, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Our Banking Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Similarly, Customer Service Representatives are also happy to help, during lobby hours, at any number of our Store locations. If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, we understand, and would like to recommend that you send us a secure message.
