I received a letter to validate that my account is not abandoned, but I can't find where to do this on the website.

Hey Angela, it's great having you here at TD Helps.
An account is considered abandoned/unclaimed if the Customer has not made a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer from their account or if there has been no Customer Contact within the past 3-5 years (depending on the state) and may be escheated to the State.
To best assist you, we ask that you connect with our Abandoned Property Department at 800-281-0025 for further assistance. Our Specialists are available Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM.
