Thanks for reaching out to us, Albert.
We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had with your account here.
First, we should let you know that we're unable to access your account via TD Helps since this is considered an unsecured forum, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Instead we encourage you to reach out to the Store you originally contacted for assistance, as they'll best be able to help in this situation. The Philadelphia location you wrote about on East Butler Street can be reached at 215-831-6100 and their lobby hours are listed here: http://bit.ly/1HDoiaX.
Since you mentioned that the account is overdrawn right now, you can also call our Recovery Department at 800-354-9769, and we are available there Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm for your convenience.
Thanks again, Albert. We're sure we can help you get this sorted out once we're in touch.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend!
