I had a TD checking account,in brooklyn, NEW York. which I closed while i was leaving US for good (September,2015).I used my td debit to pay reg fees of GRE for a friend.but when he cancelled his exam for this winter they refunded 97.50$ to my account which no longer exists. when I asked them about the refund they told me TD BANK has accepted the Refund. I am in Bangladesh now. and i have called the customer service over intl. line for 5-6 times. It always busy. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance
