Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to John, Las Vegas
Thanks for your question, John. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
You should receive a one-time pass code upon your first time logging into the credit card servicing site, and then if you select "trusted computer" you should not receive the request every time. That being said, some people have settings on their computers that keep their browser from storing "cookies" – if you have this turned off then you wouldn't be recognized as a trusted computer and would be asked for the one time pass code every time. You can check this setting under Internet Options/Privacy.
We hope this points you in the right direction, John. Have a good day.
