Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Longmei. We'd be happy to help you get a Debit Card.
If you already have a checking account with TD, you are able to request a Debit Card in a variety of ways.
You are able to visit a TD Store with a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and leave with a Debit Card the same day! To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you don't have the time to stop by, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to submit a request for a Debit Card. Similarly, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to request a Debit Card via secure message. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, find the "Customer Service" tab and use the "Send a Message" link found there. Please know that Debit Cards requested over the phone and via secure message will be sent to your address via standard mail and can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your post office.
If you are not an account holder yet, we recommend taking a look at the variety of accounts we offer!
To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To take a look at our savings accounts here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9. You are also able to receive a custom recommendation by using our Savings Selector found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM.
You are able to open an account by selecting "Open Account" beneath the product of your choosing, calling us 24/7 by dialing the number listed above or visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. Please know that whichever method you choose to open an account you'll need a valid photo I.D. as mentioned above.
We hope this helps, Longmei and have a good day.
