My card got stolen abroad. I asked for a new one but in the meantime my mother cancelled the one I just ordered without asking me if I did it already. I was studying abroad, moved a lot ever since and now I have no clue which phone number, address and card are registered with you. The first time I had a wonderful customer service, this time I felt powerless and the guy answering didn't seem to care much. I need help? I don't have access to my money and I'm running out of it?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today. Lorena. We're sorry to hear you lost your card, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with all the options you have.
We're happy to hear that you were already able to cancel your card. However, since TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we are unable to assist you with any account specific information. Your best option to have a replacement card sent to you would be to call 1-888-751-9000 and speak with a Live Customer Service Representative, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will be more than happy to have a new Debit Card sent out to you. Since you stated that you are currently not in the U.S., you may also call via collect with operator assistance by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone.
If you are unable to call us, you also have the option of sending a Secure Message through your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are enrolled, you may proceed with sending a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
If you decide to use our Secured Message option to request a new Debit Card, and are looking to have it sent to a different address other than what we have on record, we ask that you please provide the following information in your message:
Your name Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
Please also include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
