My wife needs to change her name on her TD Bank account - to her married name. We live in Canada and there is no TD Bank branch anywhere nearby us. How do we change her name on the TD Bank account without visiting a TD Bank branch? Please help.

Thanks for joining us today, Jason. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Typically we would ask that your wife visits a TD Store during lobby hours to update the information on her account. We recommend reaching out to your home TD Store to discuss alternatives to making this update. You are able to look up TD Stores and their phone numbers by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope to hear from you soon, Jason and have a good day.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. But we don't live anywhere near a TD Store so visiting one is not a realistic option. My wife and I live in Canada near Windsor, Ontario. The nearest TD store is an 8 hour drive from our house. We need to find out how to change my wife's name on her account without visiting a TD Store. Please let me know who to contact about this. Thanks.

Welcome back, Jason and we apologize for any confusion.
If your wife banks with TD Bank in the U.S., we recommend reaching out to a TD Store as mentioned above so your wife may discuss alternative options.
If your wife banks with TD Canada Trust, we recommend reaching them directly for assistance. You are able to reach the Canadian TD Helps Team by visiting here :http://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once you submit a question to them, we're sure they'll provide their best reply.
If you prefer to speak with a Representative directly, we recommend taking a look at TD Canada Trust's contact options here: http://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope this clears things up, Jason and have a good day.
