My roommate sent me money from her Bank of America account using my email address that is registered with my TD account. I was provided the confirmation screenshot by my roommate, but never received an email from Bank of America to accept the money. Is there something I need to do to accept the funds?

By doing so, a Specialist can review the transfer that your friend sent to you, and determine what may be preventing it from being credited to your account.

Additionally, if you'd prefer, your friend may also connect with their financial institution, Bank of America, in regard to this transfer, as they should also be able to determine what may have occurred to prevent this payment from being successfully credited.
