We have successfully logged on but the Bill payment page does not display using Internet Explorer

Good afternoon, David and welcome to TD Helps! We apologize for any trouble you've had using our Bill Pay service but we'd be happy to assist you.
Since you were able to log in to your account but the Bill Pay feature in particular is not available, this sounds like a browser issue. We'd first recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
