I have just went and submitted the full power of attorney with the TD Bank in St. Sauveur, I indicated to her the power of attorney which she has taken a copy for her files, she indicated to me that I am not allowed internet access just, the telephone banking and teller. I will be removing money from his taxes free savings account to pay his bills that are registered to his account and any further bills that come in. She indicated that I am not allowed internet access, that was TD policies. would like to know what can be done about this. I might not be explaining to you properly, the notary had told me that the power of attorney gave me full access like I was him.
