We appreciate you visiting us on TD Helps, Yannick. Thank you for joining the TD Family and we'd be more than happy to assist you with setting up your Online Banking.
If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. That will bring you to the 3 steps needed to complete the enrollment process. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
There may be pieces of information that you may not have in order to enroll such as a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card. That doesn't mean that you are unable to enroll! You can contact us directly to enroll in Online Banking so you may view your accounts. To do so we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations of TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Whichever you choose, our Representatives will be happy to assist you in enrolling.
Alternatively, you may wait until your ATM/Visa Debit Card arrived and enroll from your home computer.
We hope this helps Mary and have a great night.
