i am trying to locate payments to credit acceptance from sept 16 to present but i can not access my statements before 5/17

Hi Laura! Thanks for reaching out to us.
Through your online banking, you should have the ability to access statements going back seven years.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the account for which you'd like to view statements and then click on the 'Statements & Notices' tab. Choose the year you'd like to see from the drop down. Beneath that, click on the 'Statements' hyperlink. You should now see a list of all statements available for that year. Simply click 'View' for the ones you need to see.
If you'd like hard copies of these statements, they can be printed directly from our website. We can also have them mailed to you by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you need them sooner, please stop in to see us at any of our Stores. We'd be happy to print them out for you on the spot.
