How can I find out the rest of my account with the biller? Can I obtain of the check cashed by the biller? Please advice.

Hello Rick, thanks for coming by TD Helps. We'd be happy to help point you in the right direction for help regarding your inquiry.
From your description, it sounds as though the payment was made via your TD Bank Online Bill Pay. If so, there are two ways a payment can be processed, electronic or by paper check. If the payment was processed as a paper check, once it has cleared your account, you can click on the check image via your TD Online Banking to view this check payment. To view this check payment once it has been presented, if you are using our retail online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are logged in, please follow these steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name
3. Make the selection from “Show the Transactions From" which is under Account History.
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to the check number to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If you are using our BusinessDirect online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. After you log in, please follow these steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the Accounts Portfolio page
3. Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name
4. Click the radio button corresponding with the history period you desire
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View” link under the “Check Image” column located on the far right hand side of the screen to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If the check you are looking for has posted to your account prior to the previous statement cycle, you may request a check copy by visiting your local TD Bank Store, to find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also send us a secured message via your Online Banking or contact us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with a TD Bank Banking Specialist who can assist you, after account verification.
However, if the payment was processed electronically, we would recommend connecting with the Biller for more information. Please note, for security purposes we do not store the entire account number for your Billers.
