How can i access to my account info by phone if i don't have social security number?

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Paul. We'll be happy to help you gain account access without a Social Security Number.
While our recently updated our automated Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system for your convenience, it does ask for the last 4 of your Social Security Number the first time you use the system. However, if you do not have a SSN, we recommend reaching out to one of our live Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 24/7.
