As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be glad to review your account.
Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to connect by sending a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
