I closed my personal checking account with TD Bank over 6 months ago but I continue to get monthly emails reminding me about making a payment to a creditor i used to pay with online bill pay. How do I stop the emails since I no longer have the account and no dealings with TD Bank.

Sounds like you have set up eBill with this biller while you were using our online Bill Pay service previously. As you stated that you have closed your TD account, we recommend contacting us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and one of our Banking Specialists will be able to assist you with disabling future eBill reminders while you're on the phone with us.
